Meditation is a great way to connect with
our inner self, raise energy for our rituals and even help our body relax from
the everyday stress. Candles, music and incense can be a great aid during
medication. A lot of people are falling asleep during medication so to such a thing
it is best to meditate while sitting. Sit down with your back straight and your
hands resting, with your palms facing up, on your knees with your fingers
relaxed. Your chin should be at the same level with the floor. Close your eyes and
start breathing. Take slow big breaths. While you inhale count to 4 and do the
same while you exhale. When you have find the rhythm of your breath start
visualizing that you exhale all negativity, stress and pressure. After several
minutes, when you feel totally relaxed and calm, sink into your inner self,
open yourself to the world and let your consciousness spread out. During this
part of the medication do not think anything, just let your mind free to travel
through your thoughts. The more time you stay at this phase the deeper you will
travel into yourself.
Chanting during meditation is a great way
to raise energy or help you open your mind to the world. You can chant the name
of a Deity or just chat sounds that feels you with vibes like um, om, mm etc,
Crystals can be a great tool during
medication too. Choose a crystal with the
power you desire to accompany you during your medication. You can hold
the crystal to your receptive arm or even place it in front of you. A great
idea if you want to get rid of negativity with medication is to surround
yourself with pieces of pink Himalayan salt. They will absorb any negative
energy your body got. Visualization is a great tool in this situation too. It
will make it more effective and powerful.
